The advantage of wet dedusting is easy to maintain, and the effect of dedusting and desulfurization can be achieved through the preparation of different dedusting agents. The disadvantage is that the dedusting solution should be treated, which may lead to secondary pollution. According to the design or selection of air bag filter, it will not make the dust collector run beyond the prescribed airflow. Otherwise, the filter bag will be easily blocked, the service life will be shortened, the pressure loss will rise sharply, and the dust removal efficiency will be lower. However, too much air can not be chosen, otherwise the investment of equipment and floor will be increased.
Membrane deamination. Now more PPS filter materials are used. The temperature is 170 degrees. For bag filter, the relationship between temperature and dust removal efficiency is not obvious. Different from ESP, the change of temperature will affect the resistivity of dust removal efficiency. The heat resistance of long glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) is poor. Generally, FRP can be used for a long time at high temperature. The strength of ordinary polyester FRP decreases obviously when its temperature is higher than 50 C. It is usually only used at 100 C. Generally, the strength of general epoxy FRP decreases obviously when its temperature is above 60 C.
However, high temperature resistant resins can be selected, so that long-term working temperature is possible at 200 - 300 C. FRP (FRP) interlaminar shear strength is borne by resin, so it is very low. The location of the water film dust removal hole should be in the pipeline or the upper part. All cleaning holes must be tight without air leakage. If there is air leakage, the upstream pipe flow of the cleaning hole will be reduced, and the dust deposition will be more serious, leading to the desire hole to reduce the air flow. Therefore, in the daily maintenance of FRP desulfurization dust collector, attention must be paid to details.
