Under the action of flue gas flow, the solid particles in desulfurization circulating slurry corrode and wear on the surface of metal and non-metal PP plastic sheets. Especially the tower wall near the circulating spray layer and the blades of the agitator of the desulfurization equipment are vulnerable to wear, wear and corrosion. The results show that Hg can refractory sulfur in gypsum.
Membrane contactor salts can be enriched in the form of HgCl2 in wastewater. These studies mainly focus on As, Se, Hg and other elements, while the water film desulfurization dust collector has nothing to do with other elements. In addition, the evaporative crystallizer of 316L stainless steel has been leaking for less than a year due to severe corrosion. When the desulfurized gypsum is filled or used in downstream industries, such as heating process in factories or agricultural production, the membrane contactor may remain in the desulfurized gypsum and release trace elements, resulting in secondary pollution. Therefore, by studying the emission distribution of trace elements in the behavior of WFGD system, it has become the basis and premise for safe disposal and comprehensive utilization of desulfurized gypsum to grasp the enrichment mechanism and enrichment of trace elements in desulfurized gypsum method. The overall removal rate of heavy metals in WFGD system is over 86%.
