3. User condition: In thermal power condensate treatment system, condensate treatment system is used for filtering and desalination of steam condensate after power generation driven by steam turbine. It mainly removes ammonia (ammonium ion) which is added to the system to regulate/increase the PH value of water to prevent corrosion of equipment and pipes. The ammonia (ammonium ion) is regenerated and enters the regenerated wastewater. At present, the common treatment method of reclaimed wastewater from condensate refining treatment system is to merge all wastewater from condensate refining treatment regeneration system into neutralization tank, and then discharged into industrial wastewater after PH regulation is qualified for treatment. On the one hand, the content of ammonia nitrogen in reclaimed wastewater is very high, which increases the difficulty of removing ammonia nitrogen for subsequent industrial wastewater. On the one hand, because of the need to remove ammonia nitrogen, the operation cost of industrial wastewater will increase, which is not conducive to energy saving and emission reduction, and the treated ammonia nitrogen can not be recycled.
4. Project situation: The ammonia nitrogen content of reclaimed wastewater from condensate refining treatment is more than 10 000 mg/L, which needs to be treated to 10 mg/L and discharged directly. High salt content, high ammonia nitrogen content, not suitable for biochemical treatment. Ammonia nitrogen treatment requires high water content and is not suitable for blowing tower and ammonia distillation tower. Through the treatment of the company's ammonia removal membrane system, it fully meets the requirements of the owners. The system runs smoothly.
